The helmet was purchased about
1975 in the NWT and spent most from then until 1980 in the back of the
Frobisher Bay ambulances.
From then until now it has been moved from place to place. In the
process my grand children managed to break the visor so it is no longer
attached and has been disposed of. There is one winter ear piece,
the other may reappear. The helmet is scuffed and faded but has no
cracks and never suffered any hard blows. It looks a lot whiter than
it actually is.
